 82nd Airborne
Got a load of Artizan US Airborne miniatures on the way, but I couldn't resist buying a sniper pack from GEG at Warfare last weekend, to paint up as a tester for my new arrivals.
Gave me an excuse to show off the lovely bocage I bought from Last Valley as well as the CompanyB waterslide transfers.

My Artizan figures arrived, and very nice they are too.
Couldn't resist painting up the Command squad.

About 45!
I went a bit overboard on my ordering.
Bought enough for a platoon, with options such as bazookas and BARs, plus 2 mortar crews, sniper team and 2 LMG teams. Plus I bought a squad of Pathfinders.
The pathfinders are my biggest challenge though- not sure how to make them look different. Thinking of putting them in camo (the custom black stripes that they did themselves) to make them stand out.

Just finished Squad 1, hope you guys don't mind me spamming my painting! I'm really pleased with the quality of the figures and I think the decals really set the miniatures off nicely.

Cheers. I am about to start painting the 2nd squad next.
Still got 2 LMG squads, 2 mortar squads and a under strength squad of Pathfinders to after that!
Will post them as I finish them.

To re-open a very old post!
What colours did you use on your paras? I'm about to start mine and want to go for a similar green rather than yellow/ tan for the uniforms.
Cheers!

Foundry Moss for the clothing, and Vallejo brown violet for helmets.
